Barry focuses much of his time assisting the Northwest's Electric Vehicle industry in maintaining leadership in the rapidly evolving vehicle electrification space through policy and regulatory streamlining. He serves on Governor Kitzhaber's Future Energy Plan Task Force as part of the Transport Team empowered to assist Oregon in devising its ten year energy plan. He has represented the region's largest charging station provider before Oregon's Public Utility Commission on issues directly impacting Electric Vehicle Service Providers (EVSP). He works with Drive Oregon, a state funded EV industry non-profit, as a charter board member and recently completed tenure as its Interim Executive Director. As a board member of Smart Grid Oregon, he seeks to promote the transformation of our electric utility grid into an efficient, consumer-oriented model that harnesses the advantages of EVs.
He offers EV industry participants a wide range of services, including sales force education, business development assistance, and governmental advocacy and liaison services before Oregon's Public Utility Commission, legislative and agency venues.

His experience includes Confidentiality Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, Security Agreements, Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements, all forms of leases, and Independent Contractor Agreements. With over fifteen years of experience dealing with a wide variety of legal issues and conflict, he uses his past experience as a litigator to help you assess risks and advise you on how to resolve disputes. He takes the time to listen to your issues and work with you to find the best and most cost-effective solution.
